The Problem

All the work that comes before the quote.

How it works

Ask for a quote the way you'd ask a colleague.

A message, an attachment, a couple of lines of context. From there, AI builds the quote file and you make the call.

  1. 01

A message or a voice note is all it takes

By email, WhatsApp, Telegram or straight from the portal: send the agent your documents as they are. No forms to fill in, no new software to learn.

  2. 02

    AI builds the quote file.

It reads the documents, compares them with similar jobs and proposes the quote tree. If a price is missing, it doesn't make it up: it asks.

  3. 03

You approve the quote and send it to your customer.

The maths is done by the calculation engine, not the model. Each revision is frozen with a number, a date and a signature. Nothing is ever sent automatically.

Our Guarantee

Every number has a source. Every revision has a history.

Before you approve, you need to be able to answer one question: where does this number come from? Tap a figure and see the answer.

Who It's For

For companies that price made-to-order products.

The quote is a tree: assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, with make-or-buy for each node. It also works for flat-BOM components.

The boundary

A layer on top of your ERP. Not a replacement.

Quote Studio stops at the pricing decision. Everything that happens after the quote stays with the tools you already use.

What it does

  • Reads messages and attachments containing quote requests
  • Builds the quote tree with make-or-buy
  • Calculates costs and shows the source of every figure
  • Freezes revisions with date and signature

What it leaves out

  • Live BOM and PLM
  • Job costing and progress tracking
  • Procurement, purchase orders and MRP
  • CAD and configurators that size the part
